Presentation at Inside Reform, Policy Event, National Gallery of Ireland, 2 June 2017
In this presentation, Victoria Williams, Director of Food Matters, a not for profit, UK-based, food advocacy organisation, talks about her experience of running the ‘Inside and Out’ project at Wandsworth Reform Prison. Funded by the Ministry of Justice, this programme’s principal aim was to improve the health and well-being of prisoners. The project had four strands: healthy eating workshops; peer mentors; staff training sessions; and consultancy to catering and food procurement services.
